Milestones

1996 Dr. Xuejie Huang chaired the R&D and industrialization of lithium-ion batteries at the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

In 1998, X.J. Huang established Beijing Star Power Co., Ltd. and joined the National 863 Major Project for Electric Vehicles (the first one in China), which required the localization of materials. X.J. Huang established the lithium manganate anode material factory (the first one in China) and started mass production.

2003 Huang Xuejie established Suzhou Xingheng Power Supply Co.TheBicycle batteries listed, tool batteries listed Establishment of new energy vehicle power battery division

In 2010, Shanghai Hengdao Automobile Battery Co., Ltd. was established to market new energy vehicle power battery.


September 2014 Shanghai Hengdeng New Energy Co., Ltd. was established-acquired all the technology, equipment, technical team and marketing resources of Shanghai Hengdeng Automobile Battery Co.

November 2014 Jiangxi Hengdeng New Energy Co.


September 2024 Zhejiang Zhenjiang New Energy Equipment Co.

1、Dosing - fully automatic, full negative pressure

Fully automatic, precise proportioning; full negative pressure, eliminating a large amount of dust in the traditional process.

2、Mixing--Advanced dry mixing method

Advanced dry mixing in the industry, short time, no dead angle, fast cooling, fast defoaming; dual water system manufacturing, no NMP, environmentally friendly.

3、Roller pressing--Hot pressing method

Roller jumps 1μm in one revolution, high consistency of pole piece; hot pressing method reduces thickness rebound, long battery life.

4、Stacked piece--stacked piece structure

Stacked structure, high volume utilization; diaphragm leaves room for no stress release at high temperature, low risk of short circuit.

5、Chemical formation--Full-automatic one time two chemical formation, sorting

Compound tandem formation, high formation efficiency; perfect simulation of the application working conditions.
